Darting
« on: December 28, 2009, 10:46:10 AM »
I have about 200 miles on my new Rush.  I have a serious problem with darting up to about 60 mph.  I've talked to two dealers and we've done a fair amount of playing with the suspension but haven't been able to correct the problems.  I talked to two other riders on the trails and both have had similar problems.  Anyone else having the same problems?  Has anyone found a way to correct it short of putting on dual wear bars?

Hi,

I am sorry I can not help you with your problem.  Besides with this issue, do you like the Rush?  Also, what is the top speed?  If you could tell me the top speed or an idea of the top speed and besides that issue if you like it, that would be great!

Thanks,
Eric

I too had a darting issue.  It took me 1300 miles to figure out that it was the skegs.  I met with Bergstrom last weekend.  He gave me a set of spacers to go on the back side of the ski bushings and a set of his 8" triple angled skegs.  The results were amazing!  I now LOVE my Rush!  The next 300 miles were great!
