600 fusion idling
« on: February 07, 2010, 10:37:34 AM »
I have a Fusion 600, after riding awhile at stops it will almost shut down to a minimum idle.  almost like it want to stall.  my volt meter is not even at half.  I am running the hand and thumb warmers and a electric shield.  It is like my headlight is almost out.  Had the carb boots replaced for a second time, and the carbs cleaned and synced.  At start up it is idling great.  Also what I noticed it does feel like it is loading up.  Please help

IF the sled is stock, turn the white fuel screws to 1.0 turns out and set you idle speed when the engine is warm.

You'll need to remove the airbox.
